Important Notice:

Key must be cut and programmed by a locksmith or follow the DIY instructions below

Remote Programming Steps (DIY):

1. Program remote once received (central locking will work)
2. Cut key to code at locksmith
3. Program transponder chip to start the car

DIY Remote Programming Procedure:

1. Open driver’s door
2. Insert and remove the original key from ignition twice
3. Close and open driver’s door twice
4. Insert and remove original key once
5. Close and open driver’s door twice again
6. Close the door
7. Insert key and turn ignition ON
8. Turn OFF and remove key
9. Locks will cycle
10. Press LOCK and UNLOCK together for 1 second, then press LOCK only
11. Locks will cycle again. Insert key, turn ON then OFF
12. Remove key, close door, and test remote

DIY Transponder Chip Programming:

1. Insert master key in ignition 5 times, ending with key in ignition
2. Open and shut driver’s door 6 times
3. Remove master key and insert new key
4. Wait 60 seconds until security light stops flashing
5. Once the light stops, the new key is programmed
6. Remove key and open/shut door to finish
