Mech To Elec Speed Sensor by Autometer

This high quality mechanical to electric hall effect speed sensor from AutoMeter is engineered to adapt to GM and Chrysler transmissions originally designed to accept a 7/8″ x 18 thread on style speedometer cable. This sensor provides 16 pulse per revolution, 12 V square wave signal output, and includes a pass through connection point to support other vehicle accessories such as cruise control functions which may still require a mechanical connection to the transmission.
