The set includes four brass tungsten guide rails with sizes of 0/40″ (1mm), 1/16″ (1.6mm), 3/32″ (2.4mm), and 1/8″ (3.2mm). These guides ensure concentricity and multiple offset options, enhancing grinding wheel efficiency.

We’ve upgraded the material to aluminum alloy and applied CNC finishing for improved durability, eliminating concerns about high-temperature melting. You can easily interchange the four brass guides.

Our tungsten sharpening tool features four angled holes at 22.5, 20, 15, and 10 (corresponding to 45, 40, 30, and 20 included angles). Precise control allows for optimal tungsten tip angle grinding with the upgraded tool.

Additionally, our tungsten sharpening tool includes a tungsten cut-off port for processing. If your tungsten becomes worn or contaminated, you can use the cut-off port to trim it, extending its usability.
